Call for Quotation Software_Polyclinic

The selected expert or agency will be responsible for the following deliverables related to the first call of the INMAA competition in 2024: 

polyclinic management software to ensure transparency and digitize the center's workflow at “Al Marj Healthcare Center”. It supports patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing and inventory management, aimed at managing healthcare operations across multiple clinics (pediatric, general medicine, laboratory, pharmacy, …).

This will also involve a series of training to be provided by the software service provider to the staff and users on proper usage and processing of the installed polyclinic management software. Those training include different software management processes such as: patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and inventory management, patient’s treatment tracking, patients’ records and others.
