Location: Furn El Chebbak, Mount Lebanon (with occasional outreach and field work in North, Mount Lebanon, Beirut, South, and Bekaa regions)

Project Overview:
"Breaking Barriers" caters to LBTQ individuals in Lebanon, offering solutions against challenges such as discrimination, marginalization, and gender-based violence. Our initiative includes case management, psychosocial support, legal aid, and counseling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct One-on-One Therapy: Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of LBTQ beneficiaries.
Assess: Evaluate individuals to identify suitable therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate: Work closely with the team to ensure comprehensive support for each beneficiary.
Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard all individual data and session details.
Report: Document each session's progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in individual therapy, preferably with LGBTIQ communities.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. French is advantageous.
A strong alignment with MOSAIC's mission and the LGBTIQ community.
