  • Start date: 1-August-2023
  • One-year full time employment (renewable)
  • Probationary period: 3 months
  • Director supervisor: HR Coordinator
  • Workplace: Beirut
  • Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, 8 hour a day, from 8 am to 4 pm
  • Registration at NSSF and Ministry of Finance as of the employment start date
  • Deductions from the salary for income tax and employee share for NSSF sickness and maternity

 

FUNCTIIONAL PREREQUISITE

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
  • One to two  years of working experience in human resources within a national or international NGOs
  • Good knowledge of Lebanese labor law, and NSSF / Income tax rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office especially word and excel
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Prioritize tasks and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in recruiting process and maintain a full documentation
  • Assist in preparing job offers, employment contracts, etc.
  • Assist in staff onboarding and off-boarding and maintain related full documentation
  • Keep and update personnel files
  • Update staff database on HR software, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
  • Update all types of tracking sheets (leaves, NSSF records, income tax list, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation and maintain a full documentation
  • Assist in issuing, archiving and distributing all kinds of salary payslips
  • Assist in reviewing, preparing and issuing different HR documents when requested
  • Assist retrieving HR documents requested by auditors, controllers, etc.
  • Assist in collecting/submitting documents from/to NSSF, MoF, MoL, etc.
  • Assist in reviewing monthly payments (mobile, insurance, NSSF, etc.)
  • Assist in staff insurance related issues
  • Assist in scanning and documenting all HR information
  • Photocopy HR documents
  • Issue staff and security contact information cards when requested by the line manager
  • Enable and disable users on NPA self-service portal when requested
  • Assist in tracking daily staff attendance, leaves, etc.
  • Record and keep undated project allocations on timesheets
  • Take minutes of meetings when requested
  • Assist in maintaining a high productive work envirnment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager

 

COMPENSATION BACKAGE

  • The advertised basic salary in addition to cost of living allowances as decided by the government
  • Transportation allowance for actual days attended in the office or the field
  • Insurance (life, accidents and Co-Nil medical)
  • Paid annual leave as per NPA HR Policy
  • Other leaves as per NPA HR policy
