Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of LUPD’s strategic plan – My Right Campaign.

Oversee the implementation of the ongoing campaign and measure its impact.

Lead on the monitoring operations in the different governorates, draft reports and propose recommendations to reform the inclusive elections.

Follow up with the field officers across the governorates, speakers, and trainers on all program aspects, such as training and recruitment of observers/volunteers for the e-day.  

Prepare and Held the orientation training for the field officers and volunteers across the governorates.

Coordinate of meetings with stakeholders including parties and groups of persons with disabilities and volunteers.

Coordinate the production of briefing papers on key technical and procedural process.

Assist in the preparation of conducting capacity building webinars for groups of persons with disabilities, emerging political groups, political parties, group of activists towards the inclusive electoral process “Get out to Vote”.

Assist in coordinating messages and producing media materials.

Assist in holding frequent meetings with all campaign members to ensure implementation of activities on time.

Direct follow-up and coordination with the field officers during the post-election phase during the different aspects of intervention with the municipalities.

Make a constructive and proactive contribution to the implementation and formulation of the action plan of the targeted municipalities towards inclusion under this project.

Works diligently and closely with the LUPD program manager, and financial manager to ensure proper implementation of the activities and all financial well-being of the project.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with all data and information related to the project for proper reporting.

Maintain project repository and follow-up on overdue deliverables and approvals.
