Tasks include the following:
- Screen and interview potential candidates for a training program related to mental health in the workplace.
- Support the preparation and revision of training materials related to mental health in the workplace.
- Coordinate and implement the training program with expert trainers.
- Organize training logistics.
- Participate in the preparation of training evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with trainees and provide support and follow up during the trainings implementation.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in coordination of trainings.
- Experience working with NGOs.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
