GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Build a suppliers’ database for the organization and update it continuously
- Meet the funding partners’ and the auditor’s requirement for a proper procurement process
- Follow-up on procurement of supplies for the organization’s management and projects needs
- Keep record of all equipment and belongings of the organization
- Follow-up on the evolution of products needed by the organization and propose them for procurement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Holder of a BA in Economics, Business or related fields
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Have 5 years’ experience in a similar job
