Job Specifications

  1. Create a work environment that helps the employee to raise their performance and improve their work regularly
  2. Manage employees’ files by following up on their records, maintaining them by archiving and storing them, and maintaining the confidentiality
  3. Prepare or amend work contracts for employees in the organization
  4. Follow up on the attendance of employees through daily review of the fingerprint program and checking the attendance schedules for each employee
  5. Prepare or renew the human resources policies guide in the association and follow up on the procedures for its implementation
  6. Prepare and apply policies, regulations, and procedures for human resources and financial affairs, including salaries, vacations, working hours, contracts, guarantees, compensation, and others.
  7. Organize development, training, and evaluation programs for employees by setting a plan and supervising the progress, and following up the results in coordination with the Executive Director
  8. Receive and follow up on the employment file: updating the recruitment structure, renewing the job descriptions for the institution’s jobs in coordination with the CEO, interviewing the candidates for vacant positions and evaluating them before they qualify for the CEO interview, preparing the new employee to work in line with the environment of the Al Reaaya
  9. Communicate with employees or department heads on any new HR-related matter
  10. Consult the organization's legal advisor on matters relating to human resources as required
  11. Submit periodic reports to the CEO and plan meetings to discuss the progress of the work
