Responsibilities:

Conduct home visits on an as-needed basis.

Update the beneficiaries' list on a weekly basis.

Provide social counseling to beneficiaries.

Submit monthly reports to the respective coordinators.

Identify and register vulnerable persons of concern.

Liaise with and make referrals to other organizations.

Conduct BIQ/CIQs with beneficiaries and their caregivers.

Introduce Restart services within the targeted communities.

Prepare weekly plans and send them to the CBS coordinator.

Conduct rapid needs assessment interviews with targeted populations.

Conduct focus groups with women, men, and children in identified regions.

Coordinate regularly with outreach volunteers engaged in the CBS program.

Participate in training modules, case conferences, supervisions, and team meetings.

Prepare mental health assessment reports detailing the status of treated patients.

Regularly follow-up, monitor, and review cases that have been taken in charge.

Raise awareness and provide psychoeducation to families during the registration period.

Offer information, support, and assistance to beneficiaries and new incoming cases.

Participate in the administrative preparation of meetings and training organized by Restart.

Coordinate daily with the CBS coordinator regarding the course of the program’s implementation.

Participate in all awareness-raising, recreational, and psychosocial activities conducted at or outside the center.

Develop and regularly update individual case plans for each beneficiary with clear outcomes and timeframes.

Administer resilience/impact forms to beneficiaries before therapy initiation and three months after its completion.

Conduct exploration interviews to assess the overall psychosocial and physical conditions of each new beneficiary.

Provide feedback on referrals/active patients to referring partners, coordinators, and other relevant team members.

Coordinate weekly/daily with the procurement officer regarding refreshments offered during sessions.

Prepare and share monthly reports with the senior project accountant on the activities implemented during the month.

Identify vulnerable cases in need of individual specialized intervention and provide them with structured social intervention.

Follow up with beneficiaries to ensure their needs are being met and take necessary action whenever required.

Plan and coordinate, both internally and externally, to ensure the admission to and discharge from psychiatric wards and health facilities.

Provide psychosocial support to vulnerable individuals/children/families with specific concerns and connect them with services that address these needs.

Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and seminars as indicated by the program coordinators and other team members involved in project implementation.

Manage, fill, and archive specific forms for cases, and profile data on the software system while ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.

Manage, fill, and archive specific forms for case profiling (attendance sheets, pre-tests, post-tests, and session record sheets) ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Coordinate with physicians, nurses, psychotherapists, special educators, speech and language therapists, psychomotor therapists, physiotherapists, and other mental health professionals regarding beneficiaries’ cases.
