Board office management and administrative:

  • Management of the President and CEO’s office, ensuring an environment of professionalism and teamwork at all times, and setting exemplary standards of conduct for the team.
  • Reporting to management and performing duties such as processing, typing, editing, and formatting/submission of reports and documents.
  • Managing internal and external communications: writing first drafts of decks, emails, documents etc. for the Executives.
  • Organizing regular and ad-hoc meetings; preparation of minutes and summaries of actions to be taken; tracking of progress on planned issues
  • Ensuring records management with policy and procedure standards

Legal component:

  • Handle privacy and data protection-related inquiries from a wide range of groups across the company and provide actionable advice and legal counsel to facilitate privacy and data protection compliance,
  • Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
  • Legal administrative support for branches establishments.
  • Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research
  • Draft documents for the staff across a variety of legal disciplines.
  • Organize schedules for appointments, meetings, and cases for organization's lawyers and CEOs.

PR and board image component:

  • Presenting the organization at conferences, interviews,…
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans.
  • Responsible for protecting the organization’s reputation.
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.

Personal and financial component:

  • Organization of the President and CEO’s personal commitments including travel.
  • Implementation and maintaining procedures\ administrative system.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support.

Developmental component:

  • Supporting in drafting proposals, engaging with potential donors, tracking contributions, assisting with event planning, liaising with consultants.
  • Updating Policy and Procedures quarterly.
  • Developing all the reports related to the Executives.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support.

Follow up with department’s component:

  • Coordinating with all the organization’s departments to maintain the process flow.
  • Leads team culture and community.
  • Working with department heads on various cross-functional tasks/projects.

  • Excellent writing and research skills with the ability to work with a number of direct reports to the President and CEO.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced expertise in Word and Excel with good knowledge of Power Point and Outlook.
