Executive Administrator

- Age: 24-35
- Maintain daily calendar for assigned management including scheduling meetings, appointments, progress reports, task management, follow –ups, etc.
- Manages email correspondence; prioritizing and responding as required
- Prepares reports for (i.e. expense reports, presentations, progress reports, task management, follow-ups, etc.)
- Arrange travel and meeting reservations in a timely fashion for the association
- Update Email contacts, maintain executive files and database and update it on a daily basis
- Effectively manage line manager's requests and correspondence with a high level of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality
- Implementing projects as agreed and approved by the donor and ISWA
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Performing duties outside of normal working hours and/or on weekends whenever required
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation, filing, and archiving system for both paper and electronic records
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist Field officer and Proposal writer
