Online Digital Representative Training

There is a global digital skills shortage that is affecting many businesses right now. As a consequence, finding qualified workers has become a challenge for businesses of all sizes.

Companies are increasingly trying to acquire qualified people from other countries as a solution to the talent shortage. Cultivating an indigenous talent pool, on the other hand, is a simpler and ultimately more cost-effective choice. Therefore, LAID has coordinated with Barja Municipality to design a free training program that allows youth to develop digital marketing and sales abilities, increasing their chances to be hired by companies.
