JOB OVERVIEW
People in Need Slovakia (PIN SK) is looking for a driven ‘Business Skills Trainer Consultant’ based in Tripoli, Lebanon. The position will actively contribute to the PIN SK expansion in Lebanon, and will work closely with the PIN SK Project Manager and the Community Worker of our partner organisation ‘Leb Relief LRC’.
ABOUT PIN SK
People in Need Slovakia (PIN SK) was established in 1999. Since then, we have been operating in 27 countries, combating poverty and helping people live in dignity. PIN SK provides humanitarian aid in critical regions around the world to support people in crises and helps individuals overcome challenging circumstances, so they can get back on their feet. The first humanitarian intervention of PIN SK in Lebanon started back in 2006 and intensified after the outbreak of the Syrian refugee crisis. Since then, we have been managing multiple projects.
Duration: 08/2021 - 07/2022 (10 working hours per week)

Remuneration: 7 USD/hour

This position is for the applicants already based in Tripoli, Lebanon, as the flights cannot be covered for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provision of both individual and group career consultancy for VTE apprentices;
· Facilitating Life Skills Training focused on employability skills, as part of the VTE programme;
· Active search for work opportunities, and support of apprentices in starting their own businesses (preparing them for subgrant
opportunities);
· Regular monitoring and follow-up with target groups and cooperation with the team in protection and awareness raising;
· Administrative documenting of activities and support of project visibility.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in economy, management or another relevant field;
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the sector (providing trainings and social support);
Fluent Arabic and good English language skills;
Outstanding communication skills;
Very good analytical skills and teamwork;
Ability to work independently and professionally;
