Medical Doctor
Job Specifications:
- Medical degree/ License to practice medicine in Lebanon
- At least one year of related experience
- Share the humanitarian mission of the organization
- Knowledge of local and cultural thoughts, behaviours, and attitudes towards COVID vaccine
- Knowledge of best practices for prevention, diagnostic and treatment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Functions and Areas of Accountability:
- Engage directly with the health promoters whenever there are questions related to the uptake of the COVID vaccine, or side effects post COVID vaccination.
- Provide a medical advice on the indication and contraindications for COVID vaccination for individuals with certain medical conditions.
- Demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness and objectivity when dealing with the beneficiaries and HPs. The Job holder should avoid going into any work-related communication which might jeopardize the rel

Internal direct reporting, dotted line work coordination and external coordination
The Job Holder reports directly to Program Manager with dotted line work relation with the HPs Supervisors.
Working Conditions / Operating Environment
The Job Holder will be working on-call, and should be accessible over the phone all days of the week including weekends
