Videographer Responsibilities: 

• Lead the events shooting plan. 
• Ensure that equipment is present and working. 
• Ensure high quality pictures and videos. 
• Work closely and actively with INJAZ Lebanon team. 

Filming Directions:

• The video should be highlighting the beauty and attractions of the villages in Denniyeh as a promotional video for tourism.
• We should be also interviewing the youth and women involved who will be talking about their projects with Darb w Dar and what can be done in their villages to invite people to visit.
• Showing beautiful landscapes and outdoor shooting with drone shots with some nice music.
• The area of Denniyeh will be divided into 3 zones that we will film
• 3 days of filming might be needed (one for each zone)

Deliverables:

• 3 videos of 2-3min (one for each zone in Denniyeh) – Also to have short cuts of them (less than 60sec) for social media.
• 1 complete video about the Darb w Dar project (around 3min)
• 1 short teaser video (30 sec)
• High Resolution Photos

• All videos should be submitted in the regular landscape size and edited into a square format (if less than 60 sec.) or IGTV format for Instagram.

Videographer Requirements: 

• Ability to drive long distances.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Proficiency in video editing and design software such as Photoshop, Premiere, …  
• Provide all the professional and high-quality equipment needed
• A strong portfolio. 
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. 

Conflict of Interest 

Any conflicts of interest involving an applicant must be fully disclosed to INJAZ Lebanon. Failure to disclose a conflict may disqualify an application or invalidate an award of the contract. 

Timeline
Filming should start as soon as the selected videographer gets the confirmation in beginning of March. We will organize it into 3 days of filming within the 2 upcoming months of March and April and final delivery of all the videos and photos should be by Mid May the latest.
