Roles and Responsibilities:
Program:
- Deliver center based or mobile psychosocial activities to children, and train partner skills for caregivers.
- Participate in supporting volunteers in the organization of psychosocial activities for children and caregivers.
- Conduct Parenting skills sessions for caregivers.
- Deliver life Skills training for adolescents when needed.
- Identify requiring children case management and ensure safe referral to the case management team.
- Collect daily data about the activities organized and ensure that all the relevant forms are duly filled.
- Participate in weekly, monthly reporting, plan meetings to ensure adherence to standards of care, quality PSS and case management, and follow reporting requirements.
- Work in close collaboration with the Senior PSS Worker, case workers and other Protection Program staff.
- Raise any concern or challenge to the Senior PSS Worker or SAWC team supervisor.
- Work in compliance and respect the principles of humanitarian protection and confidentiality, and work with refugee and host sensitive communities.
- Conduct outreach assessments to identify cases and to act in case of urgent referral.
- Conduct PSS night shift activities on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and implement big events and campaigns.
Other:
- Report promptly concerns or incidents to MF management and liaise with community leaders and other external parties as required to maintain/enhance the security environment for MF programs.
- Engage with the coaching and training support provided to MF through IRC.
- Ensure activities run in a timely manner to ensure the successful implementation of programs.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop MF programs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Education:
- Technical diploma in social science or pedagogy preferable
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Experience in working with children and organizing activities
- Experience in working in NGO is a plus
- Experience in working in a cross cultural environment preferable
Languages:
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic, English speaking is a plus
Computer Proficiency:
- Proficient in Word and excel
