MSI - USAID BALADI CAP - Improved Parliamentary/Public Oversight of Public Procurements - Request For Applications (RFA) 605100.06.RFA14

Management Systems International (MSI), a Tetra Tech company, a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks applications from Lebanese Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) directed toward working with the Lebanese parliament, relevant parliamentary committees and MPs in promoting best practices and increased accountability by implementing effective parliamentary and citizen oversight on public procurements.  A total of approximately $150,000 has been allocated to implement this activity, with an anticipated duration of up to 8 months.
