Description: 
  • Assess the logistical and administrative needs and priorities of the schools/centers in collaboration with the sector coordinators and project coordinator
  • Conduct regular field visits to the schools/centers for spot checks on correct application of administrative and logistical procedures (timesheets collection, checks delivery, materials delivery, ...)
  • Focal point for stock maintenance and inventory system in the schools/centers, in regulation with logistical procedures.
  • Weekly monitoring of the quality implementation of projects activities according to sectors’ objectives and targets; reporting to sector coordinators
  • Provide updates on running and planned activities when required for donors’ visits
  • Prepare weekly plan with office field staff to be validated by sector coordinators, project coordinator, and project manager
  • Liaise between office field staff and logistics department by preparing weekly car plan.
  • Responsible for ensuring implementation of activities according to the weekly plan by signing mission sheets of office field staff.
  • Support outreach and technical sectors with focus groups interventions
  • Support sectors for contacting students and organizing transportation
