Teacher Trainers (part-time) for Kindergarten Playkit | مدرّب/ة معلّمين و معلمات (دوام جزئي) لصندوق ألعاب رياض الأطفال
Candidates should email [email protected] with the subject ‘Teacher Trainer’. The email must include:

- A covering letter about your experience and your interest in the role (one page maximum)
The application deadline is 7th March 2019. Interviewees will attend a workshop-interview in Geitawi, Beirut on 10th March, during which candidates will lead a game / interactive story from the Playkit (you will have time to prepare this). Successful candidates will attend a 2-day ‘training of the trainer’ and observe a full 3-day training before becoming Playkit trainers. This professional development is also paid, at a reduced fee.

سيخضع المرشحون/ات الناجحون/ات لـ"تدريباً للمدربين" لمدة يومين ويحضرون تدريب كامل لمدة 3 أيام قبل أن يصبحوا مدربين/ات على صندوق الألعاب. هذا التطوير المهني مدفوع أيضًا برسوم مخفضة.

Seenaryo is an arts and education organisation working with refugees and host communities in Lebanon and Jordan. Our holistic approach to education supports personal development, academic achievement and social cohesion. We are recruiting teacher trainers to deliver our Playkit to kindergarten teachers. The Playkit is a book of hundreds of games, songs and stories to help teachers deliver the curriculum through the arts. The 3-day training has a set structure and is delivered by two trainers in Arabic. We train 25 teachers at a time, often outside of Beirut (transport from Beirut is provided). Fees are around $180/day.
Candidates need:
- Experience in theatre or music facilitation (e.g. in schools, NGOs, workshops, etc.)
- Experience working with young children (e.g. 3 – 7 years old)
- Experience of training schoolteachers (preferred)
- Fluent spoken Arabic
سيناريو منظمة للفنون والتعليم تعمل مع اللاجئين والمجتمعات المضيفة في لبنان والأردن. يدعم نهجنا الشامل في التعليم التنمية الشخصية والإنجاز الأكاديمي و الاندماج الاجتماعي.
نحن نقوم بتوظيف مدرّبين/ات لمعلّمي و معلمات رياض الأطفال على صندوق ألعاب رياض الأطفال الخاص بنا. يتألّف كتاب صندوق الألعاب من مئات الألعاب والأغاني والقصص لمساعدة المعلمين/ات على تقديم المنهج الدراسي من خلال الفنون. التدريب لمدة 3 أيام ببرنامج محدد ويتم من قبل اثنين من المدربين باللغة العربية. نقوم بتدريب 25 معلّم/ة في وقت واحد ، غالبًا خارج بيروت (يتم توفير وسائل النقل من بيروت). الرسوم حوالي 180 دولار في اليوم. يجب على المرشحين/ات أن يكون لديهم:
- خبرة في مجال تيسير المسرح أو الموسيقى (على سبيل المثال في المدارس والمنظمات غير الحكومية وورش العمل ، وما إلى ذلك)
- خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال الصغار (7 – 3 سنوات)
- خبرة في تدريب معلمي/ات المدارس (مفضّل)
- طلاقة باللغة العربية
