6715 - World Vision Lebanon - Call for Tender - Rehabilitation of 13 schools in Akkar

World Vision is seeking interested Contractors experienced in Rehabilitation projects, in order to rehabilitate 13 schools in Akkar area.

For interested contractors, the below BOQs are attached for your quoting:

Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Monday 6th of August 2018 along with the below requested documents, and offers should be submitted by email to address: [email protected]  AND  in a Sealed Envelope to our office in Mansourieh.

A site visit will be held on 31st of July 2018, 1st of August 2018, and 2nd of August 2018 in the presence of World Vision WASH Engineer. Interested candidates are to liaise with World Vision Procurement Department for site visit: 04-401 980 Ext 1081 by sending an email [email protected] BEFORE the date of the site visit.

Submission of Bids:
Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes to World Vision National Office as follows AND by email to [email protected]  (divided into 3 separate files)
·    1 sealed envelope/document containing Company Portfolio
·    1 sealed envelope/document containing technical part of the offer
·    1 sealed envelope/document containing financial part of the offer

Company profile 
 Registration documents (all legal documents)
 Classification of Contractor 
 Qualification and CV of proposed personnel 
 List of previous similar projects and copies of work completion certificates or equivalent certificates for projects completed within the last 5 years / previous experience with NGO
CONTENT OF TECHNICAL OFFER 
 Detailed work schedule – work flow diagram 
 Listing of all the names of manufacturers (and, where appropriate, model numbers) of major items of goods or materials that he proposes to incorporate in the Works 
 Technical proposal / methodology
CONTENT OF TECHNICAL OFFER 
All BOQs filled signed and stamped. BOQs in excel format will be rejected

IMPORTANT: The below 2 factors will have great weight in the evaluation of the proposals:

- The implementation and completion of all deliverables of the project shall be by mid-September
- The contractor labor workforce shall comprise of Akkar region inhabitants
