Guide: Diversity At The Workplace
This quarterly guide , published with An Nahar newspaper, is prepared by LPHU. The guide aims at mainstreaming the criteria of diversity and accessiblity at the workplace. The guide higlights also the economic benefits of recruiting people with disability.
Overall Objectives:
1) Raise awareness on accessibility and diversity criteria in the workplace
2) Mainstream people with disability in the working environment
3) Promote diversity and inclusion of people with disability in society
Activities:
-Publish the guide on a quarterly basis
-Hold several interviews with companies recruiting people with disability
