Under the overall supervision of the Field Coordinator, technical supervision of MHPSS and Protection Coordinators, and the direct supervision of the Deputy Field Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the MHPSS, and outreach activities conducted by the PU-AMI MHPSS Team members (including a psychiatrist, psychologist, and social workers) with PHCC’s staff and in PHCCs or other detected priority areas.

The Shelter Program Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of integrated Shelter projects within the South governorate, mainly located in Saida district, including Palestinian camps.
The main activity is the rehabilitation of shelter through self-aid approach (conditional cash). The two main objectives of the activity is to secure rent and to upgrade the shelter conditions to minimum standards.

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Field Coordinator (DFC), technical supervision of the Protection Coordinator and overall supervision of the Field Coordinator (FC), the Protection Program Manager is in charge of overseeing and coordinating the implementation of protection programs and provide technical oversight of all protection activities, ensuring that quality and standards are met and monitoring their smooth implementation.

Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Field Coordinator, the MEAL Manager will operationalize and improve MEAL systems across PU-AMI country program. S/he will be accountable to provide support to the entire MEAL functions including PU-AMI partners through contribution to Log-frames design, MEAL plan development/improvement, Indicator Performance tracking systems development, and to support accountability through contributing to ensuring the community voice and choice is addressed across the program life cycle.

Blue Mission is partnering with IDEALS for the Karama project targeting refugee and host communities in the informal settlements of Lebanon’s South and Mount Lebanon Governorates. The programme entails outreach to refugee and host populations living in informal settlements in the South and Mount Lebanon to assess the mental and physical health needs of their residents, with an emphasis on women and their children and educate the community on a myriad of important subjects; contraceptives and family planning tools.Beneficiaries who need counsellin will be referred to BMO Centre for intervention

The Case Worker works with people to support them through difficult times and ensure that vulnerable people, including children and adults are safeguarded from harm. Their role is to provide support to enable service users to help themselves. They maintain professional relationships with service users, acting as guides and advocates.
