This consultancy will be contracted and undertaken under the supervision of ALEF – act for human rights. An external consultant will be hired to conduct the project end-line evaluation at the end of the project. The consultant will present the findings and recommendations to the donor, and ALEF and Oxfam teams. The findings of the end-line report will be discussed for consideration and adoption for future projects by the network. The general and thematic strategies of WG PASC include impact, outcome, and output level indicators from the project results framework, to be included and reported.

• Scheduling appointments based on doctors’ itineraries and confirm appointments.
• Booking rooms as required.
• Arranging and Confirming medications delivery appointments
• Coordinating with specialists and social workers.
• Moving beneficiaries through appointments as scheduled and ensuring patients are attended to on time.
• Informing specialists of beneficiaries’ arrivals or cancellations.
• Preparing transportation payment vouchers for beneficiaries and paying them their transportation expenses.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
