The purpose of the position is to support the implementation of Livelihood project in line with the proposed plan.

To design, implement, monitor and coordinate cash for work program within World Vision’s Livelihood program in North with the goal to enhance the Livelihoods of Vulnerable Lebanese Host Communities and Syrian Refugees through a project funded by GIZ.
The Engineer is fully accountable for proper execution and monitoring of works as per applicable specifications and standards.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the position is to provide overall coordination to the GIZ cash for work project and to ensure project deliverables are met and that interventions are implemented based on standards and donor requirements. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical assistance to staff to lead communication with all partners and employers in order to secure suitable job vacancies and training opportunities for livelihood project beneficiaries.
