Online Content Manager

Creative Space Beirut is looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading.
The Online Content Manager will be working closely with the administration and Art Department team to find creative ways of building a successful online presence.

Online Content Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage content across all platforms, including websites and social media accounts.

- Writing, editing, proofreading and publishing content in our tone of voice.

- Drive brand awareness about our educational system, crafts, projects, collaborations and products.

- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.

- Working comfortably with a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, photographers etc.

- Creating wireframes, pages, forms and newsletters. 

- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.

- Build a following on social media.

- Keeping the entire web environment up to date.

- Being aware of major events to be translated into posts and web articles.

- Respond to direct messages and liaise with other departments accordingly.

- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Manage all email marketing using Klaviyo.

- Recommend and execute paid social media marketing.

Online Content Manager Requirements:

- Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly computer literate and knowledge of HTML.

- Experience managing multiple social media accounts.

- Excellent knowledge in Adobe, Microsoft Office as well as Google products.

- Extremely interested in design education and the design world.
