Under the supervision of the Country Director, the Agriculture Project Coordinator is responsible for the timely and appropriate implementation of activities in the field, in accordance with the approach and methodology described in the project.

ACTED is designing a project in support of farmers, farm-workers and small-scale producers, with a heavy focus on women, in the areas of West Bekaa, Central Bekaa, Zahle, Tyr, Marjayoun, and Hasbaya. Home-based producers will receive a series of trainings and in-kind kits to set up small production within their households for personal consumption, and sale of any surplus within the local community. Within this project, ACTED will provide training and in-kind kits for production of edible mushrooms. Note that this position is contingent upon securing funding from the donor.

Under the direct supervision of the WASH Program Manager, the WASH Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Program Coordinator, will lead all MEAL related activities of the WASH Sector at WVL Lebanon. S/he needs to provide leadership to the implementation of the MEAL plan for WVL WASH projects/programs and in coordination with the project leads. The MEL coordinator works with the projects teams for the implementation of projects’ baselines and evaluations, as well as the implementation of standardized MEAL processes and tools for all sectors at field level.
