The purpose of this position is to proactively drive the consolidation, expansion and quality implementation of World Vision’s humanitarian response and development programming in Lebanon.
Under the direction of the Program Quality and Development Director, the Grants Acquisition and Management Unit Manager will lead the Grants Acquisition and Management Unit to:
1. Lead WVL in resource acquisition and diversification,
2. Lead the writing of proposals for all donor funded grant opportunities in partnership with technical specialists, field ops, MEAL, and finance

This role is very crucial to the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will help Beyond Group make critical financial decisions by ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year and by providing timely and useful financial information.

This position has responsibility for supporting Mercy Corps’ monitoring, evaluation and learning activities across all programmatic areas. Working collaboratively with key program and partner stakeholders, s/he will support the Program teams, Senior MEAL Officer, and PAQ manager in tracking and maintaining MEAL activities conducted across partner projects. The MEAL Officer will be responsible for providing essential support in MEAL data management, tool design, reporting, and coordination with partner NGOs.
