EnCompass LLC is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for the MEPL Activity to provide strategic, managerial, & technical direction for the contract. The COP leads the monitoring & program management efforts of USAID/Lebanon staff & verifies, monitors & supports USAID program performance in Lebanon; is experienced in program performance management, organizational development, strategic decision-making, quality control, & project learning in the USAID context & with (CLA) practices; focuses on results and impact, with strong strategic vision and an understanding of systems approaches to programming.

The Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the overall planning process, monitoring and evaluation framework of the program through ensuring follow up on M&E plans, target progress tracking and other subsequent M&E responsibilities, while ensuring that the strategic objectives of the Unit are met.

The Finance and Admin Manager is in charge of Mada’s operations and support functions including Admin, Finance, and Procurement.

The Finance and Admin Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and manages an Accountant, Procurement Officer, and an Admin Assistant.

The CLA specialist will conduct a CLA Assessment on the “Recyclables Waste Management” Sector at CSP. The CLA specialist is expected to document and report on how CSP teams have conceived RWM projects and how the teams have collaboratively learned and adapted implementation to contextual realities. The assessment is to provide Chemonics and USAID with lessons learned on RWM project design, implementation, and adaptations.

The Research Coordinator will support the research and advocacy activities, ensure coordination with research partners and local actors, lead community engagement activities and mainstream protection considerations across CAMEALEON’s work. This role is the primary mechanism for community consultation in order to collect feedback and evidence to inform CAMEALEON’s analysis and fulfill its accountability ambitions. Under the supervision of the Consortium Manager, the Research Coordinator ensures that the research under pillar 1 and 2 of CAMEALEON is relevant, contextualized, robust and timely.
