The overarching objective is to facilitate a coordinated, efficient, and effective pooling of resources among different Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) operating within Lebanon. This endeavor aims to foster a collaborative environment where logistics and supply chain personnel from various NGOs work hand in hand to ensure the strategic and operational alignment of resources to enhance the delivery of humanitarian aid.
