USAID’s “Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement” (QITABI 2) is a five-year program seeking to improve learning outcomes for all students in public primary schools in Lebanon. Its activity targets an estimated 200,000 girls and boys, including those who are registered in the second shift of public schools.

World Learning has a vacancy for a highly skilled Digital Designer (consultant or agency) to collaboratively produce the project's culminating interactive final report and digital video. The service provider will be responsible for developing an innovative and informative design and digital execution of the final report. The objective is to showcase the accomplishments of the QITABI 2 project in an interactive, engaging, and informative video(s) and digital document.

 The Interactive Digital Designer should have the below:

Technical and Creative Skills:

  • Extensive experience in producing interactive video.
  • Understanding user interface and user experience design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Skilled in using Webflow Website building technology (Templates and Code).
  • Ability to produce designs for various screen sizes and devices, including mobile devices, ensuring responsiveness and consistent user experiences.
  • Proficiency in creating custom illustrations and icons to complement digital design projects.
  • Skilled in creating animations, motion graphics, and video editing for digital content.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills to generate innovative design concepts and ideas.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and consistency in design elements.
  • Ability to analyze design challenges and provide creative solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to present design concepts, collaborate with team members, and take feedback constructively.

 

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
  • Experienced videographer and digital designer.
  • Seven-plus years in producing interactive, engaging digital content.
  • An extensive portfolio showcasing diverse interactive and digital animation and video design projects demonstrating designer skills and creativity.
  • Professional experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite of design and video/animation production products, Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
  • Professional working Knowledge and experience in developing with HTML 5, CSS, Webflow, and JavaScript to create and manipulate digital design assets effectively.
