Key Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Receive training to confidently communicate The Volunteer Circle's value proposition and social impact to different stakeholders in the community.
  2. Disseminate The Volunteer Circle's values and culture across various sectors, locations, meetings, and events.
  3. Build strong relationships with local and international NGOs, start-ups, and other organizations, and onboard them to The Volunteer Circle.
  4. Participate in networking events to increase visibility and exposure for The Volunteer Circle.
  5. Share marketing materials and calls to action within your network and on social media platforms.
  6. Cultivate relationships with local and international companies and institutions, facilitating internships and job opportunities for volunteer talent.
  7. Proactively seek new corporate and academic partners to drive community growth and platform usage, leveraging challenges as opportunities for impact.
  8. Set up a new centralized and secure CRM system for the growing relationships and partners of The Volunteer Circle across different services and programs.
  9. Identify trends and patterns in data and develop strategies to address any issues or capitalize on opportunities.

Specific to Volunteer Subscriptions:

  1. Set up and attend one-on-one meetings, both in-person and online, with NGOs, start-ups, social enterprises, event agencies, and museums in various locations such as Lebanon and Dubai.
  2. Demonstrate how to effectively use The Volunteer Circle platform, highlighting its unique features and showcasing them through presentations, email newsletters, and communication materials.
  3. Position The Volunteer Circle as a solution by showcasing the incremental impact of different subscription plans.
  4. Develop tailored subscription proposals for different types of organizations, highlighting the benefits and impact they can achieve through the use of Volunteer Subscriptions.
  5. Collaborate with the Volunteer Success & Growth team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of organizations onto the Volunteer Circle platform.
  6. Track and analyze the performance of Volunteer Subscriptions, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize subscription plans.

Specific to the Volunteer Leadership Masterclass:

  1. Promote the Volunteer Leadership Masterclass with a global reach, emphasizing its unique value and differentiating features.
  2. Develop strategies to differentiate the Volunteer Leadership Masterclass from similar offerings, highlighting its comprehensive curriculum, personalized approach, and track record of success.
  3. Identify key influencers, industry leaders, and organizations in the volunteer management field to partner with for endorsements and collaborations related to the Masterclass.
  4. Continuously monitor industry trends and changes in volunteer management to ensure the Masterclass remains up-to-date, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  5. Explore partnerships with academic institutions, training organizations, and professional associations to offer accreditation or certifications for participants who complete the Volunteer Leadership Masterclass.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in a B2B or nonprofit setting.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and present data and findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, such as NGOs, start-ups, corporations, and institutions.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit or volunteer management sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for volunteerism, social impact, and community engagement.
