Under the supervision of the Project Manager:

• Lead the planning, implementation and updating of all communication and visibility activities, In line with the visibility Plan, ensuring, that communications and visibility activities are effectively monitored and that impact is properly evaluated.

• Prepares and follows up on procurement of services and materials pertaining to communication and visibility Interventions, in coordination with the UNRWA Procurement and Logistic Department.

• Supporting the Public Information Office and the Donors Relation unit In field visits of donor and partners to Areas, where relevant

• Arranging, coordinating and facilitating events related to Education and Technical Vocational Educational Training, Including focus group/community meetings. in close coordination with the Public Information Office, Conceptualizing and designing of communications and outreach materials, and/or on Social media based on monitoring and valuation, identify areas requiring higher visibility, designs and implements initiatives lo Increase community awareness,; of project activities (for example: photo exhibition, information material etc..).

• Contribute to the !he review of documents and materials intended for use within and outside the Organization as required and contributes lo the elaboration of advocacy Initiatives where required. ·

•Develops quarterly reports and prepares a newsletter on the project's activities and achievements as well as contributing to the development of the annual report on communications and visibility.

• Facilitates knowledge building and knowledge sharing of best practices and lessons learned directly linked to the program's intervention, contribute lo identify and support joint initiatives. facilitating effective communication and dissemination of information

• Supports in the production, updating and monitoring of relevant information; Including text. graphics, and other audiovisual material, with emphasis on results and Impact, and supports in managing social media· content arid presence on appropriate platforms and messaging services.

• In close coordination with the Public Information Office, ensures that all communications and visibility initiatives and activities are targeted at pre-identified audiences and contain tailored messages taking into consideration cultural and other sensitivities. ·

• Performs any other duties as assigned.
