About Teach for Lebanon
Teach For Lebanon (TFL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the leadership potential of Lebanon’s most promising graduates. As part of the global Teach For All network, TFL shares the vision of expanding educational opportunity for all children, regardless of their background. Through the Teach For Lebanon Fellowship, TFL recruits, trains, and supports exceptional young leaders—known as TFL Fellows—who commit to teaching for two years in under-resourced schools across the country. These schools serve both Lebanese students and children from displaced or refugee backgrounds, many of whom face the challenges of poverty, conflict, and trauma.
Throughout the Fellowship, Fellows receive continuous training, coaching, and professional development to grow as educators and change-makers. By working in communities affected by educational inequity, Fellows gain the tools, experience, and mindset needed to become lifelong advocates for social justice and leaders for a better Lebanon
Role Summary
The Teach For Lebanon Fellowship is a unique, full-time professional development opportunity for future leaders in education and beyond. It is designed for passionate and driven individuals who are committed to making a lasting difference in Lebanon. Over two years, Fellows are placed in under-resourced public or semi-private schools where they teach and lead initiatives that directly impact students’ lives while also engaging in intensive training, coaching, and leadership development.
This Fellowship is not only about teaching—it’s about growing as a leader, gaining real-world experience, and contributing to a movement that promotes educational equity across Lebanon.
