Interested suppliers are invited to submit their detailed quotations with the key features in word or pdf format by May 7, 2024 at 12 p.m.
Kindly find below the following details related to the dorms:
Dates are Sunday, June 30, until Friday, July 12, 2024
The venue should be able to accommodate around 68 adults; we want:
1. 8 single rooms
2. 30 double or 20 triple rooms.
The more people we can accommodate in one room, the better.
We will also need the following facilities:
1. Toilets (for girls and boys)
2. Wifi
3. Electricity

1. Teach For Lebanon's method of payment is through a fresh account bank transfer. In case we accept your quotation, do you have a fresh USD bank account.
2. What is the preferred schedule of payment?
3. How many single rooms are available from Sunday, June 30 until Friday, July 12, 2024? Please indicate the price of the single room for the whole period.
4. How many double rooms are available from Sunday, June 30 until Friday, July 12, 2024? Please indicate the price of the double room for the whole period.
5. How many triple rooms are available from Sunday, June 30 until Friday, July 12, 2024? Please indicate the price of the triple room for the whole period.
6. Can you share a Google Maps location for the dorms?
7. Do you have a free shuttle bus to LAU Byblos for free? If not, how much will you charge us?
8. Is the WIFI available 24/7 for free?
9. Is the electricity available 24/7 for free?
10. Are there any security guards available 24/7? Are cameras available?
11. How often will you clean the rooms?
12. Is there hot water 24/7?
13. Is there a big conference room or training room with an LCD, sound system, whiteboard, and WIFI that we can use for free?
14. Are there Fans or AC 24/7?
15. Is there any availability of a food launch that can fit up to 60 people?
16. Are the following items available at the dorms for free:
- Toilet papers
-Towels
- Hand soap
- Bed sheets
- Pillows
17. Is there any availability of free parking lots for our staff? How many parking lots?
