React and Node.js Coding Trainer

Scope of Work:

As a React and Node.js Coding Trainer, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

1. Assessing the current skill levels of our trainees.
2. Designing and delivering customized training programs that cover React and Node.js.
3. Providing hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning.
4. Offering guidance and best practices for React and Node.js development.
5. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of trainees and adjusting training methods as needed.
6. Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.

Requirements:

1. Expertise: Proven expertise in React and Node.js development, demonstrated through past projects or professional experience.
2. Educational Background: A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or software engineering.
3. Teaching Experience: Experience in training or teaching coding concepts, with a strong ability to communicate complex coding principles effectively.
4. Adaptability: The ability to tailor training to different skill levels and learning styles.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address coding challenges and provide guidance to trainees.
