Main Tasks:
- Coordinate with the shelter focal point to confirm the order of fresh ingredients needed daily and inform project coordinator about any issues or change in numbers to avoid food waste, and share the order with the procurement officer on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the drivers of the retailers to ensure products are received on time and check the food safety requirements of the truck.
- Be present on a daily basis during the delivery to check the order received.
- Make sure that the items received comply with the order that was sent to the supplier, and is thoroughly inspecting all incoming ingredients to ensure that they meet specified quality and quantity needed.
- Check the type of food (matching with the list of approved ingredients).
- Responsible of returning/requesting to exchange any ingredient received that does not meet the quality standards requirements.
- Responsible of signing the delivery note.
- Responsible of doing the payment at the retailer premises within 48 hours max after the order was delivered to the shelter.
- Fill the needed documents on daily basis and share them with project coordinator.
- Monitor the delivery of ingredients at shelters and collect general feedback from focal point and from internally displaced people if needed.
- Prepare the daily supporting documents.
- Notify the project coordinator of any discrepancies, evidence of misuse, abuse, or diversion of commodities found during distribution, and of any obstacles that may develop or that are foreseen.
- Check the storage rooms.
- Report daily on the number of IDP’s present in the shelter.
- Flexibility to work during weekends.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Skills:
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good in writing daily reports.
- Capacity and willingness to travel to the field.
- The candidate should have a driving license and a car.
- Preferably that candidate resides in the same relevant area.
