Non- Formal Education & Protection For Illiterate Children In Al Sikkeh Area Ain Al Helwe Camp. .
The program includes non-formal education, Awareness raising, entertainment and protection activities among children undertake garbage collection..
Overall Objectives:
1- Alleviating the illiteracy among 80 children undertake waste collection in Al Sikkeh Area..
2- Enhancing the targeted children awareness on their rights and protection from abuse and exploitation.
3- Enhancing self confidence and positive behaviors among the targeted children including their hygiene habits and using the protective facilities through their work time..
Activities:
1- Illiteracy lessons and protection for children whose child s labor prevented them from going to schools.
2- Social follow up visits for these children within their households.
3- Awareness raising workshops and seminars on avoidance the negative impacts of undertaking garbage collection on their health.
4- Weekly visits to the library of SASCD in Ain Al Helwa camp.
5- Entertaining activities include : trips, playing, educational games , movies drawing
