IFP-LBN-01-25 Prequalification Documents for Procurement of Works
The Employer indicated in the PDS has applied for or received financing (hereinafter called "funds") from Agence Française de Développement (hereinafter called "AFD") towards the project named in the PDS. The Employer intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract(s) resulting from the bidding for which this prequalification is conducted.
In connection with the Invitation for Prequalification indicated in Section II, Prequalification Data Sheet (PDS), the Employer, as defined in the PDS, issues these Prequalification Documents ("Prequalification Documents") to prospective applicants ("Applicants") interested in submitting applications ("Applications") for prequalification to bid for the works described in Section VII ‑ Scope of Works. In case the works are to be bid as individual contracts (i.e. the slice and package procedure), these are listed in the PDS. The International Procurement Competition ("NPC") number corresponding to this prequalification is also provided in the PDS.
How to apply
Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the prequalification documents at the Solidarites International (address below) from Monday till Friday between 8:30 till 16:30. A complete set of the prequalification documents in English are free of charge for the interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to the address below.The documents will be sent via email.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by 14/02/2025, and be clearly marked "Application to Prequalify for Disaster Risk Management in Lebanon – Flood mitigation works at Oustouane River Basins.
