1. SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL PRESENTATION

For 40 years, the humanitarian aid organization Solidarités INTERNATIONAL has been committed to providing aid in the event of conflict and natural disasters. Our mission is to provide aid as quickly and as efficiently as possible to endangered populations by meeting their vital needs: drinking water, food and shelter.

After emergency, our humanitarian teams accompany the most vulnerable families and communities until they recover their livelihoods and self-sufficiency, to enable them to deal with the challenges of an uncertain future with dignity.

Solidarités INTERNATIONAL is particularly committed to fighting water-related diseases, the primary cause of death in the world today. Drawing on their expertise, our teams develop and carry out aid programs in the fields of water, sanitation and hygiene, as well as in the essential domains of food security and reconstruction.

2. CONTEXT

With around 100 employees with three different bases between Beirut, Zahle & Tripoli it is important for SI to have a stable long-term contract with a Petroleum Company (car fuel stations and Generator diesel supplier).

This is why Solidarites International is now looking for a petroleum company that can accommodate the need of SI car fleet and Diesel supply. In 2022, Solidarites International will have a fleet of around 60 vehicles.

3. OBJECTIVES

The main objectives are:

• To provide SI with operating fuel stations all over Lebanon and especially in Beirut, Zahle & Tripoli.
• To provide SI with a postpaid card refueling system.
• To assist Solidarites International in case of emergency/fuel shortage in providing its basic needs for both operating cars and generators.
• To provide SI with additional services such as Car Wash

4. EXPECTATIONS

In a more specific, but neither exclusive nor restrictive, manner:

• Provide SI with a detailed consumption monthly report that is consistent with the monthly fuel schedule.
• To assist Solidarites international on the management of the post-paid card system.  
• Minimum of three operating stations in each city (Beirut, Zahle, Tripoli and Akkar).

5. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT

1 year, renewable.
