Expert in agri-food (mouneh)

Purpose of the consultancy

SDA/IECD seeks an expert to design and deliver technical training to women in agri-food (Mouneh) in Karm El Meher, Dinniyeh.

At the end of the training, the women will be able to:

1. Practice good hygiene techniques in agri-food;
2. Learn how to do jam, pickles and compote;
3. Learn how to store them;

Requirements

The Consultant/trainer should possess the following competencies, and experience:

• Strong expertise in agri-food;
• Strong understanding of the agri-food business in the North Area;
• Previous experience in designing and conducting training;
• Patience and positive attitude is highly requested;
• Strong communication skills;
• Command of spoken and written Arabic, English and/or French
