Description: 

Overall management of SAMS portfolio in Bekaa:
 Oversee overall programme quality of existing and future projects;
 Ensure compliance of existing and future projects within scope of SAMS programme
department;
 Develop clear lines of communication between projects’ staff and stakeholders;
 Lead effective programme implementation through following work plan and budget;
 Lead on preparing programmatic reports and highlights of SAMS projects;
 Work with the finance department to prepare projects’ financial reports, monitor financial
expenditures against budget;
 Lead on PSS curriculum development, in creative and adaptive ways;
 Work with the operation department to plan and coordinate logistics, movements and
different operational aspects of SAMS programme;
 Liaise with SAMS HR, Operations, Finance, Programme and MEAL to ensure quality
implementation and overseeing of SAMS’ Bekaa programme;
 Participate and represent SAMS in Bekaa Health, PSS, MHPSS, and protection working
groups.
 Represent SAMS to relevant national authorities.
SAMS partners’ identification and selection 
 Lead and coordinate SAMS partnership mapping, vetting, selection and assessments as per
internal SAMS protocols;
 Develop a partnership strategy of SAMS Bekaa portfolio in coordination with the Bekaa and
Beirut teams; Serve as the primary communication focal point to partners;
 Lead and initiate on partners’ meetings and agenda;
 Identify risks of partnerships and work on implementing measures.

Capacity Building
 Develop capacity building strategies for SAMS Bekaa team, under the guidance and support
of the Country Director;
 Provide trainings to SAMS Bekaa team on relevant programme topic (PSS, communication,
referral mechanisms etc.. )
 Follow up on HR administrative side and ensure compliance with SAMS HR policy.
