Finance Officer/manager
The Samir Kassir Foundation is seeking a highly skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Finance Officer/Manager. Functions and Responsibilities
Prepare all financial reports submitted to the Samir Kassir Foundation Board of Directors and donors.
Organize and execute all accounting-related tasks.
Incorporate all previous accounting and financial data into the accounting software.
Draft all narrative reports requested by donor organizations and submit them to the Executive Director for review and completion.
Act as the point of contact with all vendors.
Act as the point of contact with banks for all tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, the President, or the Executive Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or any related field.
Three year experience (Officer position) or five year experience (Manager position) in NGO financial management or accounting, using accounting softwares.
Demonstrated experience in proposal and report writing.
Excellent team spirit.
Interest in civil society, human rights, public liberties and advocacy initiatives.
