Trainer

Daleel Tadamon is looking for trainers to deliver between 2 to 3 training days in the below areas:

1- Basic Project Management 

2- Marketing Development 

3- Accounting and Finance for business 

4- Social Work and Work Ethics 

1- Call for trainers: Basic Project Management

The Project Management Trainer is responsible for delivering project management training to a group of women with different expertise, who are launching their own enterprise.

The trainer should use lectures as a tool to build on the session exercises, practical assignments and should always connect the notes from theory to practice. She/he will also group all trainees as per their education and working experience and plan his/her training outline accordingly. She/he should keep a complete record of the trainees' data, evaluation forms, etc. 

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in the field of project management. Master's is a plus.

-5 to 10 years of relevant training delivery experience.

-Certified project management trainers are highly encouraged to apply.

-Ability to work in a professional setting; establish priorities and plan and coordinate project activities with others

-Ability to work under pressure and cope with deadlines.

-Ability to handle diversity in the targeted group 

2-Call for trainer: Marketing Development 

Daleel Tadamon is looking for a trainer who could be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting a training course for around 40 women (a group of women with different expertise, who are launching their own enterprise). The trainer will be working closely with the targeted group to deliver training sessions that cover selling sales and product knowledge specific to the enterprise to be initiated. Candidates must be comfortable in front of a diverse group facilitating and presenting in a professional setting.

 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, Masters is a plus.

- 5 to 10 years of relevant training delivery experience. Sales experience is a plus.

- Certified Marketing trainers are highly encouraged to apply.

- Effective communication skills, both written and oral are essential.

3- Call for trainers: Accounting and Finance for business

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Trainer who is ready to jump in with the team and help set up new and existing Foundations, train, and consult a group of women who are starting their own initiative. You will be working closely with the targeted group to deliver training sessions that cover the foundations and subjects needed.

Candidates must be comfortable in front of diversified groups facilitating and presenting in a professional setting.

Requirements:

 -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant working experience is required.

 -Advanced degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus. 

 -Significant business knowledge in operational areas within a Finance/Accounting department.

 -5 to 10 years of relevant training delivery experience.

 -Experience working with enterprise financial applications.

 -Ability to work under pressure and cope with deadlines.

 -Ability to handle diversity in the targeted group.

4-Call for Trainers: Social Worker 

We are looking for an enthusiastic social worker who is ready to deliver training for around 40 women with a special focus on dealing with the elderly and children. 

Requirements: 

- BA in Social Work. A Master's degree is a plus. 

- Previous experience in conducting several training sessions in this scope is a plus

-Ability to work under pressure and cope with deadlines.

 -Ability to handle diversity in the targeted group.
