Its goal: - Working on community development and its enhancement, activating cultural, educational, economic, social, and environmental activities, and developing human capabilities to support development, knowledge transfer, and human resource development, through:

1- Organizing courses in the fields of activating developmental, educational, cultural, and social projects.
2- Establishing educational, vocational, technical, and academic centers and conducting training and qualification courses.
3- Focusing on environmental development and pollution control.
4- Providing social, environmental, vocational, and cultural services for the benefit of disabled children and youth, and caring for the elderly, widows, and orphans.
5- Supporting the education sector and combating school dropouts.

The above-mentioned provisions shall be implemented in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, after the approval of the competent authorities.
