Deadline Extended- Procurement of Food Parcels ref.: 15/LHF/2024
The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) with the funding from the LHF is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project in the Akkar governorate. The Project will contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable Lebanese families and Syrian refugees through the provision of food parcels.
The main expected output of the project is to improve the food security of vulnerable families without a stable income.
This will be achieved through the provision of food parcels ensuring coverage of basic monthly food needs of a 5-person family.

PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Important Update: Extension of Submission Deadline
The deadline for submitting tenders has been extended to 16 September 2024 at 12:00 PM. Please note the following important dates for the bidding process:
Offers opening: 17 September 2024, at 09:00 AM
Deadline for providing clarifications on submitted bids: 18 September 2024, by COB
Completion date for evaluating administrative and financial components of the offers: 19 September 2024, by COB
Deadline for delivering samples to PCPM offices in Kobayath, Akkar: 23 September 2024, by 4:00 PM
Notification of award: 26 September 2024, at 5:00 PM
Contract signature: 27 September 2024, at 4:00 PM
Start date: 30 September 2024, at 8:00 AM
