Call For Trainers - UX/UI Trainer

Role:

As a UX/UI Bootcamp Trainer, you will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of designers by delivering high-quality training and mentorship. Your role will involve:

• Conducting interactive training sessions on UX/UI principles, best practices, and industry tools.
• Designing and delivering hands-on exercises and projects to enhance practical skills.
• Providing personalized guidance and feedback to students, nurturing their growth.
• Sharing real-world experiences and industry insights to prepare students for the workplace.
• Collaborating with the curriculum development team to continuously improve the bootcamp Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and inspire others.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus.

Duration and Start Date:

The UX/UI Trainer position is a fixed-term contract for the duration of the bootcamp, which spans over 350 hours.  The tentative start date of the bootcamp is 15 June 2023 for a period of 3 months with an average of 5 training hours per day excluding weekends.

Compensation:

Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience.
