We create a positive impact through more than 100 current projects with more than 2,000 employees operating in over 90 counties.
The DFID-funded Lebanon Enterprise and Employment Programme (LEEP) in Lebanon support SMEs to grow their business and create sustained jobs for low-skilled Lebanese workers as well as temporary jobs for Syrian workers. This will be done through the provision of matching grants and business advisory services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to increase their capacity to create jobs. LEEP works closely with financial institutions and business development service (BDS) providers to enhance access to finance, stimulate growth-oriented financing, and provide quality Business Development Services for SMEs. 
The Grants Administrative Assistant is a part-time entry-level position. She/he will be assisting the grants team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including the preparation of documents related to different steps within the Grants Process.
The key responsibilities of the Grants Administrative Assistant are outlined below. It is to be noted that these are not exhaustive and may evolve with the delivery of the programme. Specific performance metrics and targets will be discussed with the line manager.  

Primary responsibilities 
Admin Support
Supporting the Grants team by providing administrative and clerical assistance as required including scanning, photocopying, and filing documents on and offline
Entering new SME applications into the system 
Preparing Vetting reports for all new applicants and uploading results on relevant drive folders
Coordinating and communicating with SME Relationship Officers (field team) to collect lists of tasks to be completed, including but not limited to payments, payment requests, close-outs, no-cost extensions, etc. 
Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

•Experience working with international development projects preferred
•Be able to communicate well in English, verbally, and in written 
•Organized and achieves tasks in a timely manner 
•Strong attention to detail
•Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
•Experience in filing and other relevant administrative tasks
