Call for Interest - Renewal of Medical Insurance Policy
The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML) has been present in Lebanon since 1953 and currently manages a network of 60 different operations across the Lebanese territory. OML provides vital assistance and support to individuals in need, regardless of their backgrounds, personal beliefs, or affiliations. The service provision is based on three key pillars:
- The Healthcare Pillar
- The Social Pillar
- The Agrohumanitarian Pillar
OML’s mission is centered around delivering services with excellence, respect for diversity, and humility and supporting vulnerable populations across Lebanon. As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its agricultural programs and strengthen its overall service provision, the Order of Malta Lebanon seeks an insurance company to renew its medical insurance coverage policies for its facilities and operations across the country.

o Proof of compliance with local insurance laws and regulations
- Company Profile showing company portfolio within Health Care, in Lebanon during the last 5 years.
- Customer Service and Complaint Resolution Process Service and Complaint Resolution Process & Claims Handling Process and Turnaround Time.
