NRC: INVITATION TO TENDER – NFI Emergency Supplies / 20-Bei-0019
NRC funded by Multiple Donors is seeking to purchase large quantity of materials listed below:
- Shelter Kits (New Arrival Kits and Medium Repair Kits) which consist of tools and NFI material.
- NFI Material (Plastic Sheeting’s, Blankets and Mattresses).
- Insulation Kits (which is a toolbox).
- Kitchen Sets (which consists of Kitchen Material).
NRC is looking to sign a long term agreement with one or multiple suppliers that can provide us with the above mentioned items and kits with a fixed price for Two Years.
How to apply
TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Invitation to Bid “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information. The ITB can be requested until the closing date of the tender by sending an e-mail showing interest in applying mentioning the company details and contact person to the E-mail address: [email protected]
Closing date for submitting your offer is January 21st, 2021 at 12:00 noon Beirut timing.
TENDER PROCESS.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers and samples in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:
