NRC Call for Tender: INSTALLATION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC (SOLAR) SYSTEMS IN THREE PUBLIC SHCOOLS AND ONE AT BEKAA WATER ESTABLISHMENT (BWE’s) OFFICE IN BEKAA AREA ITB Ref : 24-BEK-004 PR Ref: 8402330 & 8402331
TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) is willing to assist in the improvement of students’ school environment through meeting the safety, protection and operation standards in Lebanese Public schools.
As part of NRC’s Education Program currently being implemented in Beqaa region in Lebanon an agreement was reached between the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and NRC that aims to support existing education facilities through installation of PV system for three identified schools in addition to a system in Bekaa Water Establishment (BWE). Where the installation of PV system been part of the school rehabilitation component within the schools & BWE office.

Any request for clarification on ITB documents shall be submitted via NRC e-tendering website using the link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before the deadline (June 24,2024-16:00). NRC will reply to all registered bidders by June 25,2024-16:00.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems. Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.
