1. Main Responsibilities:

 - Communication:

Daily media monitoring  

Create articles and stories about Gender Based Violence cases for publication.

Build and nurture long-term relations with local media networks.  

Photoshoot and video shoot when needed in events, centers, project and activities and archives in then database.

Undertake field visits to centers and programs and take photos by creating a message/video, reporting and highlighting success stories.

Produce (write-design) for press releases, short videos, flyers, brochures for circulation on visual and multimedia sites.

Work with team members to generate data about various programs/projects for documentation and public dissemination.

Maintain documentation management system (hard copy and soft copy). 

Assist in developing and implementing the Media & Communication Strategy .

 -  Digital Media:

Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the NO2TA’s goals and brand identity.

Manage and curating content for various Digital media platforms, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.

Analyz digital media performance and audience sentiment and prepare reports to inform strategy adjustments.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital media campaigns, including email marketing, digital media advertising, and content marketing.

 

2. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree (optional) in digital marketing, business administration, or a related field can be an added advantage.
  • 3 years of experience in communications digital marketing or social media management.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative Skills: Strong content creation and graphic design skills; familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in  communication ,digital marketing and social media.
